Mission Statement:
Empowering Future Leaders through Education
At Refuge City Pentecostal Church (RCPC), we are committed to nurturing the spiritual and academic growth of every generation. Through the RCPC Scholarship Fund, in collaboration with D.E.H Inc. (General Contractors), we want to invest in the God-given potential of our members by removing financial barriers to education and encouraging a life rooted in Christian faith and service. Our mission is grounded in biblical values, and we aim to develop leaders who embody integrity, excellence, and a heart for community. By sowing into education today, we are preparing Christ-centred leaders for tomorrow.
“... Make sure they are well versed in every branch of learning, are gifted with knowledge and good judgment, and are suited to serve in the royal palace… God gave these… men an unusual aptitude for understanding every aspect of literature and wisdom.”
Daniel 1:4, 17 NLT
