Pastor Lancefield Brown started Refuge City Pentecostal Church in 2002 in Ajax, Ontario. With a vision driven purpose to share the hope of Jesus Christ to those within the community and focus on family-centric outreach programs, Pastor Brown’s goal is to build the church on a solid foundation by serving with excellence and integrity.
Minister Devon Goulbourne has been an active part of Refuge City Pentecostal Church from its inception and has a passion to enhance the gospel by spreading the word of God through worship. Over the years, He has served the congregation in various roles including Youth Minister, Sunday School Teacher, Treasurer and Assistant pastor.

Evangelist Ena Dyer-Brown is a wonderful wife, loving mother, compassionate friend and inspirational leader who find's genuine encouragement from the word of God. She co-leads the women’s ministry and other events that strive to encourage and restore women of all ages in a supportive environment. Married to Pastor Lansfield Brown for the past 39 years, she has been supportive to her husband and therefore strives to be an encourager, a listener and a praying woman/wife.
